Castle Seniors kept their position at the top of division 2 with 10 points after a hard fought win away to Tarbert last Saturday night (26.07.10) Castle were trailing by 3 points with 2 minutes left in the second half when Alan McNamara came to the rescue with a goal to draw the game. An Alan Fitzgerald free gave Castle the lead to earn a one point win for Castle.

Castle B's were beaten away to Lispole, Castle who were missing a few of their regulars lead throughout the game but a late goal for Lispole and a penalty miss for Castle gave Lispole a one point win
